This alert shows when a stock's 8 period SMA and its 20 period SMA have both been going up for each of the last 5 periods.  A period is 2 minutes, so this shows a trend lasting at least 10 minutes.  This alert will report again if the SMAs continue going up for a total of 8 periods.  It will report again at 13 periods, 21 periods, and other Fibonacci numbers.
