1) Update Scottrade.xml, IVERSION and COPYRIGHT_YEAR as required.
2) Create tag Scottrade_x_y_z where x, y, z are the version number of TIPro.
3) Update C_Sharp folder in CVS and select the above tag. 
4) Build the TIProScottradeDLL solution.
5) Delete DLLS and xml files from "packing" folder.
6) Run the "Copy_Release_files.dat"
7) Create archive containing the files copied to the packing folder.
