Edit CommonConfig.php on the test web server:
  $window_filters -- Add a new item for the alert including all details and in the right position.
  $old_filter_order -- Add the filters here, too.
Test using top list before testing on TI Pro server.
Also test using overnight scanner, if appropriate.

Copy Icons to 
  shauna:/var/www/alldocs/static/Filters/
  shauna:/var/www/alldocs/static/Filters/All.zip
  all of the TI Pro servers
Import the $window_filters into the TI Pro test server.
Try everything on the TI Pro test server. 
Update WhatsNew.php on the web server.
