Anchors / layout was wrong on collaborate form.  It initially looked right, but it was messed up when you resized.
Compare count window would not display correctly when the color scheme was light.
OddsMaker -- list of trades is now sorted.
OddsMaker -- date labels look better on small calendar now.
OddsMaker -- Sometimes the optimization panel was hidden.
Dates were wrong for users in some time zones.
Some dialog boxes were being opened at the top left of the screen.
Clearing a table didn't always repaint the screen immediately.
The check boxes on some menu items were not always initialized properly.
Date formatting bug:  Sometimes 12:22:22pm would display as 0:22:22.
Fixed some painting issues related to the icon column.
